Our owner and Interior Designer, Jennifer Haahs, combines a lifelong passion for interior design with a master degree in clinical psychology in helping her clients create comfortable yet refined beautiful living and working spaces that reflect their unique tastes and lifestyles. She also has been very interested in real estate and investments ever since she has moved to Lake Norman in 1993 from Chicago. So now she is a fully licensed real estate broker collaborating with a renown uptown firm, The McDevitt Agency. She has been serving as a Vice President of Charlotte ID, Interior Design Society, for the last two years, and an active member of NARI and Charlotte Real Estate Association.
She has lived in high rise condos in uptown previously, but now she loves being in the highly sought after SouthEnd. When she isn’t working at her modern Loft studio, she loves playing tennis, golf, and her 25 year old white baby grand piano. She also calls herself an “ Aesthete” in fashion, food, and design.
Jennifer and her fiance, have just purchased a “ second home” in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, this year, so we are proud to announce that we will be serving our clients in Sarasota and surrounding areas as well! We love working by the white sand beaches and blue ocean in the sunny state!
